GRESBとは

GRESBは、不動産セクターの環境・社会・ガバナンス（ESG）配慮を測る年次のベンチマーク評価及びそれを運営する組織の名称であり、責任投資原則（PRI）を主導した欧州の主要年金基金グループを中心に2009年に創設されました。
個々の不動産を対象とせず、不動産関連会社等のサステナビリティへの取り組みを総合的に評価することが特徴で、世界で1,800を超える不動産関連会社等が参加しています。
GRESB is an annual benchmarking assessment to measure ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) integration of real estate sector, as well as the name of organization which runs the assessment. It was founded in 2009 by a group of major European pension funds who played leading roles in launching Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
GRESB does not target individual real estate, it’s a characteristic to evaluate the sustainability efforts of real estate related companies, etc. Overall, in 2022, more than 1,800 real estate-related companies participated.

Dimus は、2023 年 GRESB リアルエステイト評価において、総合スコアのグローバル順位により 5 段階で格付される GRESB レーティングで「3 スター」を取得しました。
In the 2023 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, Dimus received a “３ Stars” in GRESB Rating, which is based on GRESB Overall Score and its quintile position relative to global participant.

Dimus は、2022 年 GRESB リアルエステイト評価において、総合スコアのグローバル順位により 5 段階で格付される GRESB レーティングで「3 スター」を取得しました。
In the 2022 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, Dimus received a “３ Stars” in GRESB Rating, which is based on GRESB Overall Score and its quintile position relative to global participant.

Dimusブランドはシリーズ創設の2016年以来、継続的に環境への取り組みを重ね、GRESBへ参加してまいりました。
